Springfield Country Club is Hiring an Event Sales Coordinator Near West Springfield, MA
Job Description
The Event Sales Coordinator is responsible for selling, booking, planning, and executing all events at Springfield Country Club. The Sales Coordinator is the primary contact for the client. The Event Sales Coordinator will guide the client through the entire planning process. This position will coordinate with the Event Director, Operations Manager, and Executive Chef on proper event space setup, food service and clean-up details for all events.
Your Role:
- Serves as the client's main point of contact for the entire event process.
- Monitor and ensure that clients and their guests receive excellent customer service throughout the event planning process and follow up post-event to solicit feedback.
- Report any feedback to the event director and director of operations in a timely manner.
- Provide facility tours for potential clients.
- Coordinate marketing efforts with the team to promote Springfield Country Club.
- Facilitate and execute client events by being onsite.
- Other job duties as assigned.

- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and desire to promote Springfield Country Club.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
